The Jay Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by former professional baseball player and World Series Champion Jon Jay. JFF focuses on 3 pillars: Youth Development, Community, and Scholarship.

Jon is passionate about giving back to the communities that allowed him to become the person he is today. After a 11-year career in Major League Baseball, Jon has grown into a role model for athletes that want to make an impact beyond their sport.

Our mission is to create a positive impact on the lives of children, families, and communities by providing them with the resources they need to thrive.

The JFF achieves its goals by working with community partners in Miami and St. Louis. During his 11-year career, Jon has been involved with a handful of programs which include after school programming, sporting camps/clinics, toy drives and beach/park cleanups. Now Jon is focuses on continuing this good work through the Jay Family Foundation.

The goal of this foundation is to make an impact on the communities of Miami and St. Louis by focusing on our 3 pillars. Our youth development pillar focuses on programing that provides children with a healthy and fun childhood. Our community pillar is used to connect with community organizations and provide them with resources to enlarge their impact. Our scholarship pillar is dedicated to help students further their education.
